Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the abnormal sound which is caused by the exfoliation of the adhesion between the core and the surface material, by using the substance in which a number of slits are formed with the resin foamed sheets and then a number of hollow parts are formed by stretching those slits as a core of a honeycomb structure. CONSTITUTION:The plural number of notches are formed continuously to core 1 having the honeycomb structure containing a number of hollow parts and constituted with the polyethylene foamed sheets or polyurethane foamed sheets. And a number of hollow parts 2 are formed by stretching those sheets up and down. Then the surface material composed of such material excelling in the rigidity as the metal foil like Al and others or the reinforced plastics is struck on both surfaces of core 1 via the adhesive. As a result, the adhesion intensity is increased between core 1 and the surface material. Thus the occurrence of abnormal sound caused by the exfoliation of adhesion can be avoided perfectly when the diaphragm is actuated after incorporated into the speaker.
