Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a logic circuit which has logical functions similar to those of a conventional circuit and uses less transistors, by sharing transistors in the circuit among more than two stateges. CONSTITUTION:Input signals A and B are applied to transistors Tr19 and Tr15 while signal B is applied to Tr16, and Trs 15, 16 and 19 in a cut-off state conduct on the application of a signal high in logic level. When signals are at low levels, Tr15 and Tr16 are OFF and ON respectively and output terminal 22 becomes low in level by Tr16; when at high levels, Tr15 and Tr16 are ON and OFF respectively and output terminal 21 becomes low in level. When signal A is at a high level, output terminal 21 is connected to a low voltage level via Trs16 and 19 and output terminal 22 is to a low voltage level via Trs15 and 19; when at a low level, Tr19 is cut off and output terminal 21 at a level of VDD, so that a high-level signal will appear at output terminal 22.
