Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the device and improve its working efficiency by integrating clampers and performing the clamping and releasing of half-split molding dies by their vertical movement.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of performing molding, half-split molding dies 16, 17 are set on a plate 8, after which a piston 19 is lowered, by which the tapered surface 18a of a clamper 18 is contacted and pressed to the tapered surfaces 16a, 17a of the molding dies 16, 17 to clamp the molding dies 16, 17.
