Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable forming a window of optional size without being limited by materials for reinforcing the bottom of a hull by providing the window for observing underwater in the position of the bottom of the connecting part of a catamaran- typed hull.
CONSTITUTION: A window for observing underwater 70 is formed in the position of the bottom of the connecting part of a catamaran-typed hull which is formed by connecting a pair of hulls 1 at the connecting part and forms a broad deck 2 on the upper surface thereof. The connecting part is assembled by arranging bottom boards 76 and side boards 75 on the side part of each hull 1 and providing the window 70 between the side parts. In the upper part of the window 70 a foot-step 71 for a observer is provided. Since the window is provided in the connecting part of the catamaran-typed hull, the window is formed freely without being limited by reinforcement materials for the bottom part of the hull. In addition, it is constituted in an assembling manner, thus the transportation thereof being facilitated.
