Abstract
PURPOSE:To mass-produce vibrators of superior size precision with efficiency by providing many exciting electrodes on a blank and then by cutting it into individual vibrators. CONSTITUTION:On blank 5, electrode patterns 6-8 shown by slanting lines are formed and to electrode pattern on the reverse, electrode lead parts are extended opposing in direction to the figure. Thus, a part shown by slanting line on preprocessed blank 5 is cut by a wire saw, etc., into eighteen vibrators at a time.
