CONSTITUTION:System discriminating circuits which discriminate two-system color television system signals respectively are provided, and two color signal processing circuits 2 and 3 for processings of color signals of respective systems are provided, and outputs of these circuits 2 and 3 are switched by system change-over switch 6 to output one of them to output terminal 7. Then, color killer voltage outputs 50 and 51 of processing circuits 2 and 3 are applied, and the output of system change- over switch 6 is automatically switched according to the receiving signal at a normal signal receiving time, and system change-over switch 6 is switched selectively by system discriminating change-over switch 10 at an abnormal signal receiving time.
