Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate superficial deteriorating layer, etc., from plastic with simplicity and, besides, to enable it to be achieved automatically and continuously with combination of simple mechanism by rapid mixing of pulverized granular material and ground plastic together with a water soluble media. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of plastic, a ground material and a water soluble media mixed at a fixed mixing ratio in an adjusting tank by an agitator 9 is transferred into a rapid agitating tank 10 where the mixture is processed by high speed agitation for a fixed time by high-speed sgitators 11a and 11b provided in the tank. The pulverized material and the ground plastic are forced to impinge against each other in the water soluble media by this high-speed agitating process, so that a superficial deteriorating layer of the ground plastic is ground off (worn out) and removed.
