Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize constitution of a connection and also to improve coupling strength by a signal magnetogenerator by a method wherein a permanent magnet and a pole shoe are inserted in a hole provided at a pole fixing position of a rotary unit, and a coupling member consisting of a cylindrical nonmagnetic metal is given therein to plastic deformation. CONSTITUTION:A dent hole 31 for which an annular groove 32 is provided around is formed at a pole fixing position of a rotary unit 3 for a signal magnetogenerator, a permanent magnet 21 is arranged in the dent hole 31 at the inner side and a pole shoe 22 provided with an annular groove 24 peripherally is arranged outside. Then, a cylindrical coupling member 23 consisting of a nonmagnetic metal like, for example, copper or aluminum is inserted in an annular clearance formed between the dent hole 31 and the permanent magnet 21 and the pole shoe 22, and the coupling member 23 is pressurized with a given die 120 to plastic deformation. The coupling member 23 is thus allowed to come in the grooves 24, 32, and the permanent manget 21 and the pole shoe 22 are fixed on the rotary unit 3 by shearing force and tightening force of the coupling member.
