Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate feed of starting fuel, by connecting an air exhaust pump with the airy side of a fuel chamber in a diaphragm type fuel adjusting unit.
CONSTITUTION: An air exhaust pump 35 is connected with the airy side of a fuel chamber 17 in a diaphragm type fuel adjusting unit 3. This system can facilitate feed of starting fuel, even if fuel is evaporated and extremely reduced due to generation of percolation, because pressure in the fuel chamber 17 is turned negative through control of the air pump 35 and a diaphragm 18 is greatly bent toward the fuel chamber 17 to open a fuel valve 16 for feeding fuel in a fuel pump 2.
