Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an optimal adaptability by a method wherein transmitting elements of an engine and load are arithmetically operated with informations of the first parameter group composed of an air-fuel ratio, ignition timing and so on, and the second parameter group composed of a reduction ratio, sliding speed ratio and so on.
CONSTITUTION: An engine 29 interlocks a load 30 through a torque convertor 20, brake 18, planet gear mechanism 19 and clutch 17. Output signals from a fuel control 26, ignition timing control 27 and exhaust gas circulator 28 which are provided in the engine 29 are input to a micro processor 24 having a storage step together with opening signals from a modulator valve 6, throttle valve 7 and downshift valve 8. These arithmetic operations control various regulating valves 4, 16, etc. of the convertor 20, brake 18, gear mechanism 19 and clutch 17 to regulate the transmitting step in accordance with the load.
