CONSTITUTION:A DC voltage for energizing a high voltage control circuit E, which is supplied from output terminals 1, 2 of a high voltage DC power source G adapted to energize the high voltage control circuit E, is also applied to a circuit in which a resistor R5 and a constant voltage element ZD are connected in series. A current terminal of a buffer amplifier OPA is connected to both ends of the constant voltage element ZD. Consequently, an output impedance of an output terminal 6' connected to an output side of the buffer amplifier OPA has an extremely small value.
