CONSTITUTION:This desulfurizer is mainly constituted of the dual system eutectoid, in which the weight ratio between CaC2 and CaO is 42:58-68:32, and the particle size of these ingredients is mostly smaller than 30mu. Hereby, the extremely high velocity of thermal decomposition can be obtained, and the desulfurization reaction due to CaC2 is accelerated, and also, the residual CaC2 content of the slag after the desulfurization treatment can be decreased. As a result, the desulfurization efficiency is improved, and besides, the environmental pollution like as generation of acetylene from the refuse slag owing to its reaction on the rain water, etc., can be prevented.
