Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the quality of three layer type diaphragm plate taking honey- comb core as core material and to simplify the manufacturing process, by using the surface skin material in semihard state impregnating uniformly with the adhesives. CONSTITUTION:The fiber reinforced plastic base material being the surface skin material 1, e.g., glass cloth 5 is adhered on the molding molds 3, 4 respectively and the epoxy resin 6 being the thermosetting resin is uniformly impregnated in the glass cloth 5. Further, before the resin 6 is hardened, the honey-comb core 2 being the core material is placed between the molds 3, 4 to form the diaphragm plate with pressing and heating. Thus, the amount of resin as adhesives can remarkably be reduced and the diaphragm plate light in the weight, greater in the specific elasticity, and with high performance can be formed with the simple process.
