Abstract
PURPOSE: To highly activate and regenerate the catalytic ability, by carrying out alkali neutralization or heating hydrolysis of dissolving solution after dissolving a part (all) of TiO2 base solid catalyst used for dry process reduction denitration treatment by using mineral acid.
CONSTITUTION: TiO2 base solid catalyst used for dry process reduction denitration treatment, is crushed to about 200 mesh and a part (all) of it is dissolved by using mineral acid, such as H2SO4 or HCl etc. Next, the above dissolving solution is neutralized by NaOH etc. or is hydrolyzed by heating or is neutralized by alkali after hydrolyzing by heating. By the above method, used catalyst is able to regenerate equal to a new catalyst before use and also, regenerated catalyst has an excellent denitration capacity in a low temperature range especially.
