Abstract

PURPOSE:To save the electric power through the lighting for only the fixed time for the automatic switch which is used for the staircase lamp or the like, by securing the serial connection among the instantaneous OFF-switch, the automatic lighting point of the automatic flashing unit and the control contact controlled by the switching element each. CONSTITUTION:Instantaneous OFF-switch 1 features the connection between fixed contacts 2 and 2, and it runed off only when mobile contact 3 is switched. Then switch 1 is connedted to illumination lamp through the serial connection secured between automatic contact 5 of automatic flashing unit 4 and contact 7 which is controlled by switching element 6. When the periphery beomes dark with contact 5 turned on, security lamp 14 glows and its then turned off only for the moment when contact 3 is switched through operation of switch 1. Thus element 6 is turned off. When switch 1 is turned on again, contact 7 is also turned on to switch illumination lamp 8 on. Thus oscillating circuit 15 operates to carry out division 16, and then relay 12 is actuated in the lapse of the fixed time to turn off contact 7. Thus lamp 8 is switched off. In this way, the lamp is lit up only for the fixed time to save the electric power.
