Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a strong film having good optical characteristic with high workability, by mixing a pigment of organic metal complex salt with silica powder using two-liquid reaction ink composed of epoxy resin solution and the hardening agent as a medium. CONSTITUTION:A pigment composed of an organic metal complex salt such as neozapon is mixed with the solvent such as ethanol or ethyl acetate then silica powder is mixed as mat glaze. Thereafter epoxy resin solution and hardening agent are added and mixed. Two-liquid reaction ink series # 1690 is employed as epoxy resin solution and the hardening agent. Then small amount of defoaming agent is mixed and screen printed on the outer surface of indication window of the glow discharge tube using said mixed liquid as ink. Consequently a film for performing the color filter function and the diffused reflecting function can be formed through screen printing with high workability.
