Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the refractive index distribution in the lenses uniform and set the multiple lenses with good accuracy by setting the both end parts of the plastic lenses in the specified positions in the groove or holes of a substrate and covering the central parts thereof by moistureproof resins.
CONSTITUTION: Both end parts of plastic lenses 2W4 are set in the grooves or holes of a substrate 1 extending in the optical axis direction. In the central regions of the lenses 2W4, their outside circumferential parts are covered by moistureproof resins 12W14 without being defined by the grooves or holes of the substrate 1. As a result of this, the refractive index distributions of the lens inside are made uniform despite environmental humidity and the multiple lenses may be set with good accuracy and ease.
