Then, the air bubbles sucked through the suction and discharging of the compressed air supplied through an air feed port 5 in the ejector part at the time when the raw water passes the ejector 4 are finely broken and atomized and are evenly mixed in the raw water. This mixed matter penetrates down to near the tank bottom and the fine air bubbles diffuse in the entire part of the tank inside. At this time, a baffle plate 6 prevents the penetrating discharge flow of the ejector from going toward the effluent port 3.
