Abstract

PURPOSE:To reliably and firmly secure an object to be inserted, by a method wherein a heat-softened resinous object is set in a split mold for hollow-molding, and an object to be inserted being nipped between a parison extruded from a molder and the resinous object is molten together by applying air pressure. CONSTITUTION:A reverse U-shaped resinous plate 3, being softened by heating, is set at an inner wall of one split mold 1 of split molds 1 and 2 for hollow-molding, and a reverse U-shaped metal stay 4 being an object 4 to be inserted is set such that it makes contact with the resinous plate 3 and both ends thereof project downward toward a lower end of the split mold 1. A tubular parison 15 is then extruded from a die 14 of the molder into between the split molds 1 and 2, and the pressure of air blown into the parision 15 melts together the parison 15 and the resinous plate 3 between which the object 4 to be inserted is sandwitched. And thereby an aimed molded product is obtained in such a condition as covers the object to be inserted with the parison 15 and the resinous plate 3.
