CONSTITUTION:Flat plate shaped supports 51, 52 of insulating materials arranged in parallel to each other are formed into curved round shapes. On surfaces of said supports 51, 52 at a face-to-face position with each other, are constructed engagement grooves 51a, 52a in the similar positions to each other along the direction of an X-ray path with a prescribed space respectively. a focusing electrode 54 and bias electrode 53 are alternately inserted sheet by sheet between the engagement grooves 51a, 52a of the supports 51, 52. And the inserted electrodes 53, 54 are firmly fixed to the supports 51, 52 by an adhesive agent 55.
