Abstract
PURPOSE: The title composition useful in printing and precise working fields, easily photopolymerizable to give cured articles having improved water resistance and transparency, comprising a copolymer consisting of an unsaturated alcohol and acrylamide components, a radically polymerizable monomer, and a photosensitizer.
CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin composition comprising (A) one part by wt. of a copolymer consisting of (a) an unsaturated alcohol component, e.g. vinyl or ispropenyl alcohol, and (b) acnylamide component of the formula (R1, R2, and R3 are H or 1W3C hydrocarbon groups; R4 and R5 are H or 1W20C hydrocarbon groups), (B) 0.05W5 parts by wt. of a radically polymerizable monomer, e.g. an acrylic ester or acrylamide, and (C) 0.001W0.1 part by wt. of a photosensitizer, e.g. benzoin or its derivative or an aromatic ketone.
