Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent conflict from occurring in interruption while shortening the latency time of polling by grouping terminal stations into several, and by gathering data by making a base station alternate polling and interruption, group by group. CONSTITUTION:All terminal stations are divided into groups 1-10 by an adequate number, and base station 11 performs the polling of terminal stations of group 1 first and sends a general insormation request instruction to every station in sequence to gather data. After the polling, an emergency information permit insturction is sent to groups 4 and 7, for example, to make an interruption for emergency data. After the polling of group 2, groups 5 and 8 are interrupted for emergency data. Thus, the above operation is repeated covering all stations to process emergency information while collecting general information from all terminals. Consequently, even when the number of station increases, general information and emergency information can efficiently be processed.
