Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a DC motor of simple assembly work and high safety, by integrally embedding electroconductive members for conducting a current from an external power source to a rectifier and a current from the rectifier to brushes, in an electric insulator. CONSTITUTION:Electroconductive members 11a, 11b for conducting a current from an external AC power source to a rectifier 6 project in the same direction as a grounded plug 8. Screws 22 project from the tips of other electroconductive members 19a, 19b for conducting a current from the rectifier to the brushes 12 of a motor. The rectifier 6, the first insert molding member 7, the grounded plut 8, an electroconductive piece 9 and a screw 10 constitute grounded terminal members. The electroconductive members 11a, 11b, 19a, 19b are integrally embedded and fixed in the second insert molding member 14. This results in providing the motor of simple assembly work and high safety.
