CONSTITUTION:Water from a water supply tube 7 is evaporated on an evaporating dish, the steam obtained is filled in an inflation tube 3 extruded from an extrudor 1 and bridged as moisture is stuck on the inner surface of the tube 3. The bridged inflation film obtained is wound round a resin tube 2. Water addition is made continuously, readily and uniformly and bridging reaction is carried out simply.
