Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve the miniaturization of the display device and the simplification of circuit constitution by so constituting the device that plural display data are periodically and sequentially displayed on the display body which displays at least one imprinting unit data.
CONSTITUTION: The contents of counters 27W32 are supplied to a selector circuit 34. The selector circuit 34 selects the count data in the order of the year, month, date, hour, minute, second, year... by the selection signals from an LCD lighting control circuit 39 and sends the selected data at a fixed interval to a decoder 41. The count data are converted to 7-segment signals by this decoder 41 and these signals drive an LCD42 by way of an LCD segment drive circuit 40. And the date and time data are repeatedly displayed in the order of the year, month, date... on a display body 12. On the other hand, an imprinting LED48 imprints the numbers corresponding to the year, month and date into film by the signal from an LED digit drive circuit 45. In this way, the circuit constitution of the display device is simplified.
