Abstract
PURPOSE:To obviate changing the position of the work before and after its turning- over, make the turning-over, one operation and reduce the time required for the turning-over,by providing the means of adsorbing and holding the work and turning it over at the center of the work perpendicular to the feed direction. CONSTITUTION:When the work 1 is received in a work receiving member 7, a sucker 21 touches the plane of the work 1 and holds the work 1. A rotating actuator 9 for receiving member actuates and a work receiving member 7 rotates, moving from the receiving position to the non-receiving position. Next, when an air cylinder for driving turning-over actuates, a turning-over shaft 15 rotates 180 deg., causing the work 1 to turn over. Thence, the rotating actuator 9 for receiving member resets and the work receiving member 7 returns to the receiving position. It receives the work 1 when the sucker 21 releases suction. In this state, the suction arm of the pressed work take-out feeder sucks the work 1 and carries to the press of the next process.
