Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent disconnection of the heat sensitive element and failure of electrode part and to reduce the cost by laminating successibely an insulation film and a conductive layer on the surface of a heat resisting metal support base body, and electrically connecting the support base body to the conductive layer by means of a heat sensitive body.
CONSTITUTION: A mask is applied on one surface of a heat resisting metal support base body 11 such as hastelloy or the like, and an insulating film material is sprayed thereon thereby to form an insulating film 12. Thereon, further sprayed is a conductive layer 13 or a heat-resisting conductive paint is applied thereto and baked. On the thus obained half-finished article there is sprayed a heat-sensitive material. As the heat-sensitive element material used is spinal oxide, silicon carbide or the like. When parts of the support base body 11 and conductive part 13 in contact with the heat sensitive body 14 are plated with platinum or the like, it is desirable because diffusion of respective constituent elements is prvented. When the other end of a high-temperature heat sensitive element 10 is finished into a form of a plug, the construction of the heat sensitive element can be simplified.
