Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the breaking and cracking resistances of the title alloy by adding N and one or more (A group element) of IVa, Va and VIa group specified elements to an Fe-Si-Al alloy in a specified ratio to precipitation-disperse A group element nitride.
CONSTITUTION: To an Fe-Si-Al alloy consisting of Si; 5W12wt%, Al; 3W8wt% and the balance Fe are added N; 0.003W0.015wt% and one or more (A group element) out of Ti, Zr, Ta, Nb, Mo and W in an A group element to N atomic ratio of 0.5W4.0 to finely dispersion-precipitate A group element nitride in the alloy.
