Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the transformer with excellent characteristics, quality and productivity by winding beltlike magnetic metallic plates on the outer circumference of the one portions a coil by rotating a spool. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical spools 21, to whose both ends collars 19, 20 are mounted, are incorporated into the longer sides of a coil 18 formed by winding 17 on coil bobbins 14, spools 21 are revolved by utilizing gear portions 22, and a wound-core is formed by winding a belt-like magnetic metallic plate 23 such as a silicon steel plate, etc. An iron core 24 may be formed by winding the plate on two coils. Thus, since the iron core is wound on the coil, the beginning of winding and the finish of winding of the coil, the pull-out of an intermediate tap can fully be automated even in conventional technique, thereby enabling to improve the productivity. Also, the core is produced in a no-cutting shape, and a transformer with excellent characteristics and quality can be obtained.
