Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a flame of a sufficiently high temperature in a burner nozzle by forming a premixing combustion chamber having a flame ejection port at a front end portion thereof and a gaseous-soild mass feeding inlet port at a rear end portion thereof, and providing the chamber with a plurality of combustion-supporting-gas feeding inlet ports which are arranged around the axis of the chamber and which consits of slits extended in a predetermined direction.
CONSTITUTION: A pulverized material Al2O3 is transferred with a fuel gas C3H3 and supplied as a gaseous-solid mass into a feeding inlet port 14 in the direction of an arrow (a) so as to be ejected into a premixing combustion chamber 15. In the meantime, a combustion supporting gas, such as O2 is introduced into a guide port 16 in the direction of an arrow (b) so as to be ejected into the chamber 15 in the direction of arrows (c) through a plurality of feeding inlet ports 17a, 17b, 17c. Thus, the fuel gas and combustion supporting gas are mixed perfectly to form a flame zone of a high temperature extended from the chamber 15 to the outside of a flame ejection port 15a. Therefore, even when the pulverized material in the gaseous-solid mass has a high melting point, it is melted perfectly in every part of the mentioned flame zone. The molten pulverized material is ejected 15a to allow the perfectly molten pulverized material to be deposited on a base metal.
