Abstract

Under this condition, if released foot from the pedal 10, the pedal 10 is returned to the former position by a spring 50, and the rod 12 is shifted in the direction of B. In such way, if provided the pivotally supporting part of the link rod 12 in a position above the pedal pivotally supporting part 34 and below the depressing part 24, the pivotally supporting part of the pedal 10 and the rod 12 is never protruded from bottom level of the vehicle resulting in a low floor height capable.
