Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure the sufficient reproduction capacity for the master unit to the impedance fluctuation of the signal line, by carrying out the signal transmission between the master and slave units via the carrier signal of the single frequency and at the same time simplifying the circuit constitution of the slave unit. CONSTITUTION:In Fig. (a), P1, P2, P3 and P4 are the frame synchronous pulse, control pulse and return time band designation pulse each which are sent to slave units 3-5 from master unit 1; and P5 in Fig. (b) shows the return signal which is transmitted to unit 1 from units 3-5 for the period of pulse P4. In case the pulse shown in Fig. (a) is transmitted via the carrier signal, the amplitude modulation is given as shwon in Fig. (c). And when units 3-5 transmits the carrier signal to unit 1 with the amplitude modulation during return time band P4, the carrier signal is short-circuited when it features the ''H'' level. In other words, when the frequency of the carrier signal is referred to as f, the short-circuit is given to signal 2 at units 3-5 with the serial resonator featuring frequency f of the carrier signal while the return signal features the H level. The waveform detected at unit 1 then features the form in which the carrier signal is broken as shown in (d).
