Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure a high-accuracy detection for the minute difference between samples by linking the reference room to the sample room in which several units of samples are provided, irradiating the same amount of optical energy to each sample alternately and then detecting the movement of the gas caused by the irradiation of the optical energy. CONSTITUTION:Samples 2 and 2' to be analyzed are put into sample room 1 with light transmission window 3 provided. Reference room 6 is linked to sample room 1 via path 7 to form a sealed container. And the gas such as the air, nitrogen is filled into the sealed container. Then optical energy B1 and B2 featuring the same wavelength and same intensity are irradiated to samples 2 and 2' in room 1 through window 3 alternately and intermittently in the same time of irradiation. The movement of the gas which is caused in path 7 by irradiation of the optical elergy is detected by thermal flow meter type detector element 8 provided in path 7. Thus the samples are analyzed simultaneously and under the same conditions to detect the minute difference between samples based on the resistance variation of the detector element.
