Abstract
PURPOSE: To simply prepare machine parts comprising different material with excellent adhesive strength by a method wherein sintering materials with different material quality are filled in a necessary portion within a mold and formed under pressure and sintered.
CONSTITUTION: A cam peace 1 for a cam shaft comprising a cam nose portion 1A side with excellent abrasion resistance and a base circular poartion 1B side of which abrasion resistance may not be so high is prepared from an intergrally sintered product. A partition plate 8 is positioned at a boundary between 1A side and 1B side with a mold 6 for forming a cam peace and, by using this partition plate 8 is positioned at a boundary between 1A side and 1B side within a mold 6 for form a cam peace and, by using this partition plate 8 as a boundary, a sintering material A with excellent abrasion resistance and a low cost other sinterig material B are respectively filled in 1A side and 1B side after both materials are mixed with zinc stearate as a lubricant.
