Abstract

PURPOSE: To make feasible the equal distribution of the gear load to each gear by making the coupling of the input shaft to the sun gear and the vicinity flexible and by supporting the planetary gear bearing transferable in radial direction and also free for revolution, and further, by interconnecting the revolving internal gear to the power shaft so as to be transferable in radial direction.
CONSTITUTION: The sun gear is interlocked on the crowning outer teeth 1c forming an unit with the small diametrical part 1b of the input shaft 1, through the internal tooth gear provided in the internal surface. Three planetary gear are disposed so that they are interlocked on the sun gear 2 externally, and each planetary gear shaft 12W14 is supported by the planetary gear bearing 15 composed of the support 15a fixed into the large diametrical part 1a through the metal 19 and also the support 15b fixed into the small diametrical part 24b of the power shaft 24 through the metal 28. Further, the fixed internal gear 20 is fixed into the internal surface of the gear 5 and the crowning outer teeth 23a of the interconnecting piece 23 key-coupled to the power shaft 24, are interlocked on the revolving internal gear 21 with more number of teeth over that of the fixed internal gear 20 so as to be respectively interlocked with planetary gear 9W11.
