Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable dumping sanitarily and rapidly of refuse and only fine dust by separately providing upper rough dust container and lower fine dust container in a dust container and a fine dust reservoir detachably at the dust container.
CONSTITUTION: When intaking dusts, the dusts are introduced from an intake port 11a into a dust container 8 in such a manner that rough dust is collected via a prefilter 25 of a fine dust case 24 and fine dust is collected via a main filter 19. When a cord winder 5 is revolved at dust dumping time, the main filter 19, the prefilter 25 provided at a fine dust case 24 are also revolved. Then, the fine dust of the main filter 19 is removed by the revolution of dust remover 22 to be contained through the case 24 into a fine dust reservoir 9. The rough dust in the prefilter 25 is retained in the lower rough dust container 8a due to its inclination.
