Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve high speed enough to follow up and measure even if the body tissue colors, positions, etc. change at high speed due to pulse rate or sentiment of the subject, by changing over the optical path by using a vibrational mirror instead of a chopper mirror.
CONSTITUTION: A multilayer thin-film inteference filter 1 consisting of several kinds of filters differing in the transmission wavelength is secured on a rotary disc 3 is a way to set up a polygonal cylinder, and the wavelength is continuously scanned by the rotation of a motor 2. The light from a lamp 7 in a light source unit 6 is converged in an aperture 11 through a reflecting mirror 10 to be turned into a parallel luminos flux F by a main lens 12, and passes through the filter to enter a vibratry mirror 4 which turns and vibrates at a small angle being driven independently of the rotary disc 3. The ends of branches 16, 17 radiate the body tissue 26 and white reference plate, and the respective reflected lights are converted into electric signals by photo detectors 22, 23 to be processed.
