Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a reciprocating electric razor wherein the line of blades of a reciprocating electric razor having comb blades is bent in the blade line direction and a direction perpendicular to the blade line, whereby the cutting of hairs at the recessed portions is carried out accurately.
CONSTITUTION: The reciprocating electric razor is formed by a main body part 1 accommodating therein a motor, a driving source such as a battery or the like, and operated by gripping the outer wall, and a stationary blade 2a having a blade line of a comb blade shape substantially intercrossing the shaft core of the main body 1 and a movable blade 2b having the comb blade line slide-contacting in reciprocating motion the stationary blade 2a. Said reciprocating blade 2 is bent in the comb blade line direction R1 and also bent in the direction perpendicular to the blade line. Accordingly, when one grips the main body 1 and carries out the shaving operation, the blade 2 is precisely fitted to the recessed part such as armpit, and beards and hairs at the armpit can be excellently cut.
