Abstract
PURPOSE:To lower the grounding impedance at DC and low frequency, by connecting the capacitive element inseries resonance with the parasitic inductance of the ground line at operating frequency in series with the ground wire so that the grounding wire impedance at the operating frequency is closed to zero, and by connecting the second inductance element in parallel with the series capacitive element.
