Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the personnel expenses without any need of necovery and remanufacture and concurrently, obtain a drum for a cheap price by dividing the drum into a cylindrical body and a support body, and using the cylindrical body of thin metal plate suitable for throwaway. CONSTITUTION:Cylinder A is made of metal thin plate, such as, aluminum etc., and the cylinder 20 and the end plate 21 of the one end are integrally formed. The outer circumference of the cylinder 20 is coated with photoconductive body, dielectric body, and film 22 of intermediate recording medium of NR element in accordance with the formation of copying. Pin aperture 23 and central axial hole 24 are pierced at the end lid plate 21. Support body B supports the cylinder A to cover its strength, and concurrently, it transmits its rotating force. Thus, shaft 25 and circular disks 26, 26' are integrally formed. The outer diameter of the disk 26 has such a size as bits tightly into the cylinder 20, and pin 28 is secured to the disk 26 at the male screw 27 of the shaft. Accordingly, the drum is no longer required to be recovered and remanufactured, hence the personnel expenses can be saved.
