Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid the checking of operation from the outside for temperature sensor by the procedure in which resistor with temperature sensor are burried on the stator side of motor and the resistor is energized electrically by current sent from the outside.
CONSTITUTION: The resistors 6 and 9 and the constant voltage diode 8, together with the PNPN temperature sensor 7, are burried integrally in the stator of the motor 13. When the operation of the temperature sensor is checked from the outside, a test kid consisting of the variable DC power source 14 and the coulometer 16 is connected to the terminal of the temperature sensor. Accordingly, by raising the voltage of the variable DC power source 14 beyond the Zener voltage of the contant voltage diode 8, current flows in the resistor 9 and thus the resistor 9 is energized to make the temperature sensor 7 ON. Thus, the pointer of the coulometer 16 deflects, thus enabling the operational check of the temperature sensor 7 to be made from the outside.
