Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent spurious discharge by providing input-output inter-digital electrodes to one surface of a substrate and by forming earth conductors of comb- line electrode pieces constituting electrodes, stradding respective electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Input and output inter-digital electrodes 2 and 3 are formed next to crystal substrate 1. In parallel to those electrodes, earth electrodes 4 and 5 and surface-wave absorbers 10 and 11 are provided. In addition, earth lines from electrodes 6 and 7 are provided straddling electrodes 2 and 3. Then, applying a signal from signal supply 8 to electrode 2 generates elastic surface waves, which propagate in the arrow-9 direction and then reach output electrode 3 after turning around on the reverse surface of substrate 1. In this constitution, its yield improves and the cost is also reduced.
