Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve cutting quality to mustache.
CONSTITUTION: A cam portion 7a provided with an inclined plane 7b tilting to an axial core is interlocking mounted to one end portion of a rotary shaft 4 equipped with an inner blade 5, and a contact ball 12 is installed in a shape that it is put between the inclined plane 7b and a ball receiving portion 11 of an inner surface of a main body 2. A coil spring 8 is mounted between a transmission saft 6 turned by means of a motor 9 and the rotary shaft 4, and reciprocating vibration is repeated to the shaft 4 in the axial longitudinal direction by the revolution of the rotary shaft 4. That is, the inner blade 5 turns while sliding and contacting the blade surface to an inner surface of an outer blade 1. Since the cam portion 7a shapes a tilt surface to the axial core, a shaft 7 repeats reciprocating vibration in the longitudinal direction of the shaft 4 by the action of the contact ball 12 rotating contacting with the inclined plane 7b. Consequently, the blade surface of the inner blade 5 turns contacting with the inner surface of the outer blade 1 in the longitudinal direction, and mustache inserted into the inside from holes 1a of introducing mustache is cut in the lateral direction, thus improving the cutting quality to mustache.
