Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the mixing in of alien matters and sundry germs into a tank by providing filters of water-repelling resins in the exhaust and the suction port of the tank.
CONSTITUTION: When steam is injected from for sterilization or other purposes, an exhaust and a suction port are provided on the tank to prevent the tank from the danger of explosion or curshing against the compression or the decompression by the condensation of steam in the tank. When the open air is sucked, a filter 1 is provided to intercept alien matters and sundry germs in the dir for maintaining the effect of sterilization. For the filter 1, fine meshes of water repelling materials with high collecting efficiency must be adapted to prevent choking against the sticking of water drops. Fluororesin with a strong character to repel water and other water- repelling resins are applied for this use.
