Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent automotive ventilator from being affected by external pressure change by using a fan of different type in performance reduction characteristics by dusts in air supply and exhast fans.
CONSTITUTION: The relationship between the using period and air flow of a Sirrocco fan indicates he fact that its air exhaust fan is extremely lowered in the air flow that the air supply fan. This is because dusts are adhered to the bent inside of the blades of the exhaust fan. Then, the ventilator uses a combination of a Sirrocco air supply fan and a straight blade turbo exhaust fan by utilizing the fact that, when the straight blade turbo exhaust fan is used, it is almost the same in the air flow as the Sirrocco air supply fan. Thus, it reduces the air flow variations of the air supply and exhaust fans against the external pressure change.
