Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain electrically and mechanically complete joint through simple work without requiring skilled technique such as machining, by placing a O ring between joining collar having stepped ends and the sheath then soldering stopper ring to both of them.
CONSTITUTION: Straight tube section is formed at the end of corrugated sheath, then jointing collar is inserted tightly. Stepped sections 3 are formed at both ends of said collar 2 then O ring 4 is placed at the gap between said steps 3 and said straight tube section 1, and while pressing them stopper ring 5 is soldered to said collar 2 and said straight tube section 1. Consequently soldering dust is blocked from entering into the conduit resulting in the joint having excellent air-tightness.
