CONSTITUTION:The C. MOS oscillator circuit consists of feedback resistance 21, crystal oscillator 24, inverter 23, input variable capacitor 22 and output capacitor 25 respectively. Programable power source 28 is controlled based on the temperature data detected through detector circuit 29, and the current necessary for correction of oscillation frequency is supplied to the base of transistor TR27 to change the equivalent impedance between the collector and the emitter. Thus, the composite impedance changes virtually for capacitor 25 and TR27 which function to decide the frequency of the oscillator circuit, ensuring the adjustment of the oscillation frequency.
