Abstract
PURPOSE: To ensure excellent adsorptive performance and little limitation to working de ices to be loaded, by shaping two pairs of expansion bodies, to which both end portions adsorptive means are installed, in parallel, and by connecting another expasion body between said expansion bodies in a revolution-free form.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of expansion bodies 1a, 1b are shaped by each inserting pistons 3 into cylinders 2 in a sliding-free form, and electromagnets 4a1, 4a2 and 4b1, 4b2 are fastened to each both end portion. Said expansion bodies 1a, 1b are disposed in an approx. parallel shape, and another expansion body 5 is connected between said bodies in a revolution-free form by means of pin joints 6, thus arranging this adsorptive travelling device. Consequently, when electromagnets 4a1, 4b1, are first excited and fluid is fed to a lower portion of the expansion bodies 1a, 1b, electromagnets 4a, 4b downward move, and when electromagnets 4a2, 4b2 are excited and fluid is supplied to an upper portion of the expansion bodies 1a, 1b electromagnets 4a1, 4b1 downward move, thus resulting in travelling.
