Abstract

After that, supporter 3 is caused to adhere to pipe-shaped metallic support electrode 5, and a cathode structure of them is fitted to insulator 6. In this constitution, when electricity is flown from electrode 5 to supporter 2 through supporter 3, supporter 2 and cathode 1 are heated and thermions are emitted from cathode 1.
