Abstract
PURPOSE:To ooze occluded chemicals from the surfaces of shells with minute voids consisting of the sintered bodies of inorganic material powder, such as, clay, alumina, etc. by a capillarity, by occluding chemicals, such as, liquefied manure, etc. by a capllarity, by occluding chemincals, such as, liquefid manure, etc. by a capillarity, by occluding chemincals, such as, liquefied manure, etc. to said shells. CONSTITUTION:Capsules are produced by covering the surfaces of core materisls, such as, styrofoam with approx. 2-20mm grain diameter, etc. with inorganic material pulverulent bodies, such as, clay, etc. After the capsules are dried not more than 50 deg.C, they are heated not less than the temp that the core materials contract or decompose, changed into granular bodies 1 with hollow insides, and burnt, thus obtaining sintered hollow bodies consisting of shells 2 with minute voids 5. The sintered hollow bodies are charged into a pressure-proof vessel, the inner pressure of the vessel is reduced to approx. not more than 100 meter, the insides of the capsules are made vacuum, and chemincals 4, such as, liquefied manure, etc. are poured into the vessel, thus occluding chemicals 4 into the hollow bodies.
